Orders:
If shopping on my website, orders can be completed by using the Shopify
Shopping Cart. You’ll see several payment methods available. Once your order
is placed, you’ll receive an e-mail response containing the details of your
order.
If you’d like to make a change or add to your order, please
contact Linda at 850-449-0259 as soon as possible to make changes before
your order is shipped.
You are welcome to place an order over the phone,
especially if you have questions or don’t love technology! Just call or text
at 850-449-0259.
Shipping:
We use Shopify’s Shopping Cart System for orders and shipping. Once your
order is packed and processed, you’ll receive a 2nd e-mail providing a
tracking number for either USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are determined by the
$ amount of your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer FREE
Shipping due to the weight of the items being shipped.
We ship
through USP or UPS. If you have a preference, contact us before placing an
order. We ship to all 50 States, PO Boxes, APO, or FPO boxes.
International Orders/Shipping:
Our System does not allow for orders outside of the 50 States due to the
wide range of shipping costs and custom requirements, but you can place your
order by phone. Create a list of items you’d like then contact Linda Winner
at 850-449-0259 to get a quote for shipping via USPS.
Delivery Time:
Most orders will ship within 48 business hours of order placement (except
weekends and holidays). There are times where it may take longer (holidays,
sales, etc.).

Refunds:
We do offer Refunds for items returned in new condition in less than 30 days
of purchase. Once the returned product is received, we will refund the
purchased price for the product minus the shipping costs. You are
responsible for return shipping cost. Please contact Linda prior to
returning items.
Payment Information:
For your security, your credit card information is never stored in our
system.
